This section of the site lists guitars and associated equipment that David regularly uses for recording and live performance.

Guitars – David currently uses two acoustic guitar models for recording and live shows:

• Primary guitar – Taylor Grand Auditorium series model GA-7 fitted with Fishman Rare Earth Blend magnetic/microphone pickup.
• Secondary guitar – Taylor 716ce, onboard Expression System.

Amplification – David’s on-stage monitoring amplifier is a Schertler Unico 185W acoustic amplifier.

Strings – David is an endorsing artist for Elixir Strings and currently uses their Elixir Custom Light Gauge Nanoweb .011 strings on all guitars.

Capos – David is a featured artist for G7th The Capo Company and plays with their Performance 2 model on all guitars.

Pedalboard – David uses a homemade pedalboard made from recycled pallet wood and logs. Effects pedals have come and gone over the years but the current signal path is in the order below:
